MEDIATOR-ATTORNEY–ZAFER DOĞAN BİLGİN

He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1998 and completed his master’s in Private Law Department of Ankara University Faculty of Law. In particular he has undertaken various and numerous cases in the fields of Trade Law, Law of Obligations, and Labor Law. Zafer Dogan Bilgin, who works as anattorney forTMSF and Turkish Trade Bank Auditors, is also providing consultancy service to various companies. He is the Coordinating Member of Board of Directors atAnkara Bar Association in charge of “Law of Trade and Obligations Board”,“Energy Law Board”, “Execution Law Board”, “Capital Market and Finance Law Board”, “Republic Board”, “Board of Developing Relations With NCTR”, and “Alternative Dispute Resolution Center”. He has been maintaining his activities in the field of concordat and is currentlyworking as concordat commissary. He attended many trainings, seminars and, panels up to now and the latest training he participated is the “CONCORDAT COMMISSARY TRAINING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM” organized by Baskent University Training and Consultancy Services (BEDAM). He has been working as Private Expert, Mediator, Concordat Commissary, and Liquidator in the field of Labor Law and is a founding partner of Dostel Mediation Inc.
