She was born in 1983 in Sivas. She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2005. She completed her attorney internship ata leading law office of Turkey and received her Attorney License from Ankara Bar Association in 2006. After completing the attorney internship, she went to the UK, received European Union Law training at King’s College in London in 2008 and completed her master’s degree in International Trade Law atWales University located in the United Kingdom in 2009. She received Mediation training at Hacettepe University in 2015 and received the Mediation License from the Ministry of Justice in the same year. In her professional life, she continued to work atone of the leading arbitration offices of Turkey and was involved in various national and international arbitration cases (in particular those which are carried out within the framework of ICC and UNCITRAL rules) and provided legal consultancy service and training on national and international arbitration.   Afterwards she worked atone of the biggest companies in Turkey for long years in the fields of law, contract and risk management, and carried out negotiations related to contracts, partnerships, company mergers and acquisitions with suppliers, subcontractors and producers overall the World including those in USA, Japan, Russia and Europe, as well as public institutions and private investors in Turkey, Middle East, Russia and African countries.   She established her own Lawoffice in 2018 and has been providing legal defenseand legal consulting services in the fields of litigation and arbitration processes, compliance with protection of personal data, employee – employer relationships and contract and risk management in companies operating at national and international level, notably including those in Energy, Construction, Industry, Defense, Oil,and Gas industries. She speaks agood levelof English.
