MEDIATOR-ATTORNEY - EYYÜP YILDIRIM

He graduated from Ankara Batikent High School and Ankara University Faculty of Law. He completed Finance - Banking and InsuranceDepartment Banking and InsuranceAssociate Program of Anadolu University. He has been working as a freelance attorney registered at Ankara bar association since 2001 and as a mediator since 2013. He has been a Brand -Patent representative since 2002. He completed his education in the 2000- 2001 Term in Ankara University, Faculty of Law, Banks and Trade Law Research Institute, Competition Law Program. (Equivalence to specialty certificate for 1-year graduate education was accepted upon the letter of the Ministry of National Education dated 8 September 1995 No.4613 upon the recommendation of the Dean’s Office of Ankara University Faculty of Law and the University Rector’s Office). He participated in the Certified Training Program Related to Turkish Competition Law and Practices organized by the Competition Authority, Patent, Brand, Beneficial Model, Geographical Mark and International Agreements Training Organized by Patent and Brand Representatives Association (PEM), Training Program Related to Turkish Competition Law and Practices of Competition Authority, Patent, Brand, Beneficial Model, Geographical Mark and International Agreements Training Organized by Ankara University Center of Intellectual Industrial Rights (FISAUM), and Basic Expertise Training Program by Hasan Kalyoncu University, and Actuarial Expertise Training by Baskent University. He has worked as a member of Intellectual Property and Competition Board of Ankara Bar Association and editor for FMR Journal of Ankara Bar Association. He worked as a member of the Consumer Law Board of Ankara Bar Association. He worked as a trainer in the programs organized by Ankara Bar Association for attorneys in the field of Consumer Law. He holds Level 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 certificates for Contemporary Drama Association Creative Drama Trainer/ Leader Program. He attended national and international workshops in this field. He took part in Attorney Art workshops organized for Interns of Ankara Bar Association. He worked as a Founding Member and General Secretary of Intellectual Property JuristsAssociation. He is currently a member of the Contemporary Drama Association and Independent Mediators’ Association (BADER). His writings on theHistorical Development of Human Rights and Presidential and Semi-Presidential System have been published in various journals. He has a thesis study titled “Conditions that Abolishthe Will (Error, Fraud, Compulsion)”. He is among the founders of the Theater Communityof Ankara Bar Association. He took role in various plays staged by this community. He participated in Mixed Painting and Sculpture exhibitions. He attended national and international tournaments as a member of the Soccer Team of Ankara Bar Association. He works as a Banking, Finance, Brand, Consumer, Trade, Actuarial, and Insurance Account Expert in Ankara and Ankara Regional Justice Courts. He is a founding member of Dostel Mediation Center. He currently continues his professional activitiesin Eyyup Yildirim Law and Mediation Office and Dostel Mediation Center.
